Traveling Barista

We are a traveling barista service that provides espresso to events indoor and outdoor. Our coffee stand can set up anywhere you'd need espresso served. We are local to Montana and are passionate about good coffee. We cater to Bozeman, Big Sky, Livingston and beyond. 

Mobile Espresso

Your event needs caffeine with some class. Our espresso selection is sure to have an option all your guests would prefer. Present your guests with much higher quality espresso coffee vs. standard drip coffees or instant coffee pod options. We offer a selection of Americano, Latte and Mocha for your guests to choose from. 

Coffee

Luxuresso aims to use the best coffee beans to provide the best flavor notes and brew quality. If you have a favorite coffee roaster that you have to have at your event just let us know in the reservation request and we'll accommodate if we can. We offer milk alternates for those who prefer not to drink whole milk. 

Necessities 

An onsite contact is needed to answer questions as the barista arrives to set up.

Dedicated 110v/120v circuit that isn't drawing electricity by other appliances or devices. This power will need to be within 20 feet of the designated space 

A designated space is needed in which to set up our table or coffee cart as well as room for few people to gather in front of our stand. We require a minimum of an 8’x8′ space for our standard table or coffee cart.  

Please take into consideration that preparation of beverages will produce some noise when choosing a designated space. 

Payment

Payment in full is due in order to make a reservation. 

An invoice will be sent by email and will be payable online. You are welcome to also pay by cash or check made payable to: Luxuresso. 

We do not offer refunds. If for any reason you need to cancel we offer a rescheduling within a year of your initial event to a date that doesn't interfere with a previously scheduled event.
